Meet the Team

 Margaret Hannibal MBE - CEO

Margaret moved from London to Dorset 30 years ago and lives near Poole. She is married to David and has two children Sarah & Tim, two stepsons Robert and Simon and three grandchildren.

Margaret started her career in finance and has worked in education and the NHS. She has a diploma in Childhood Bereavement and has experience in supporting bereaved children and their families. Margaret was also awarded an MBE in the New Year Honours List at the start of 2015.

'Developing Mosaic has been challenging, demanding and exciting. As the chartiy continues to grow, so do the rewards and the success can be shared by everyone who has given their time and support to make it the established charity it is today'.

Wendy Mather - Senior Counsellor

Wendy has been a counsellor with Mosaic since 2008.  As well as having her own small private practice in North Dorset, she also works for the NHS in Somerset where she provides counselling for adults. Wendy has been working as a counsellor since 2004 and in her spare time she enjoys walking, particularly along the beautiful Dorset coastline.

Wendy lives near Sherborne with partner David and her three grown-up children.

'It is a privilege to be accepted into the lives of bereaved families at such a painful and confusing time. I truly value and appreciate the trust that I am shown during our time together‘. Wendy Mather - Senior Counsellor

Julie Monaghan - Family Therapies Services Manager

Julie joined Mosaic in 2016 and is our Family Therapy Services Manager.  She has worked with children, young people and their families as a Counsellor, Play Therapist and Mental Health Worker.  Julie loves spending time with her family and walking her Labrador dog, Hollie, in the New Forest and exploring the Dorset countryside.

(I feel so incredibly blessed to be working with such a wonderful team of professionals at Mosaic who do such incredible work for bereaved children and their families across Dorset.)
